We want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable Black+Blum products; if you are not, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all products are in their original, plastic-free packaging and securely place them in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
